Had a great photoshoot with actor, Mike Bissonette. He was looking to take some studio shots to add to his portfolio. We were going for a business look, urban look, hipster look, and some others. We tried a lot of different variations with his looks and the layers that he had. All in all I think it was an awesome shoot.
Had an awesome photoshoot with talented actress Aly Trasher. She is an awesome character actress and wanted to get a few shots to showcase her identities. We did a standard business look and commercial look as well as playing with a quirky look and a goth/rock chick style. Make-up was done by Mary Alice. Had a fun, goofy photoshoot with actor, Kelsey Chock. Hailing from Hawaii, he touched down in Los Angeles to perform in a play called “Three Year Swim Club” at East West Players.

Wes Du is a very talent writer/director hailing from my hood from the east coast in Virginia. He is currently located in the Los Angeles area pursuing his career in writing and directing. I believe he is also a practicing therapist! Man of many talents.
Here’s a quick post. Over the summer, I checked out Catalina Island to see what it was all about. I took the Catalina Express from Long Beach for around $60 roundtrip. Kinda pricey, but I guess it’s one of the “cheaper” ways to get to the island. Unless you swim.
So I realized that I get a bit seasick…..Be prepared.

The water was beautiful. Upon landing, I saw a seal welcoming us. He was just swimming around. I think it’s a paid gig. Wish I coulda got a photo of him….
Rented a golf-cart for about $40 for an hour. I highly recommend it. One because it’s very convenient. And two, because it’s fun.
